International Yoga Day Celebration 2025
International Yoga Day 2025 was celebrated across all DPCCT Gurukuls. Students joined guided yoga sessions led by their teachers, practising postures, Surya Namaskar, and breathing exercises. Through their focus and dedication, they shared a simple message of fitness, balance, and mindful living with everyone around them.
International Yoga Day 2025 was celebrated with enthusiasm across all DPCCT Gurukuls, as students and staff came together to focus on health, mindfulness, and movement. Under the guidance of their teachers, children practised yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindful techniques that help build strength, concentration, and overall wellbeing.
The day also included a creative element, with students participating in a drawing competition centred on yoga. They brought their favourite asanas to life with vibrant colours and imaginative interpretations, blending artistic expression with the lessons learned on the mat.
For DPCCT, yoga is more than a single-day celebration—it is an integral part of the Gurukul routine. By incorporating daily practice, students are encouraged to develop healthy habits, discipline, and resilience. The activities highlighted how mindfulness and physical activity can go hand in hand, helping students connect body, mind, and spirit.
Through these celebrations and ongoing practice, DPCCT continues to nurture holistic development in its students, fostering a lifestyle that balances learning, health, and cultural grounding.
