 Curative Care

In our unwavering commitment to the well-being of the indigenous communities of Arunachal Pradesh, the trust recognizes the critical importance of accessible healthcare services. We understand that many individuals residing in remote regions may lack immediate access to healthcare facilities and face barriers to receiving essential medical care. To address this pressing need, we organize and conduct health camps in various locations throughout the state. These health camps serve as vital platforms for providing immediate and free healthcare services to those in need. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, along with the support of various associations and esteemed donors, collaborates to ensure the successful implementation of these camps.

During these health camps, individuals have the opportunity to receive essential medical check-ups, consultations, and treatments, completely free of cost. Our goal is to provide immediate healthcare support to those who may face challenges in accessing healthcare due to geographical constraints, financial limitations, or other barriers.

Recently this year from March 21 to March 31, in association with NIBA Multispecialty Hospital, Naharlagun under the CSR initiatives of the RITES LTD. (A Govt of India Undertaking), we conducted a free mega health camp in Arunachal Pradesh, focusing on non-communicable diseases such as anaemia, diabetes, and hypertension wherein the team of medical professionals examined approximately 1,277 individuals daily from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

During the health camp, preliminary examinations including blood grouping, RBS, BP, oxygen saturation levels, weight, and height were conducted. Free medicines, nutrition supplements, immunity boosters, masks, and Colgate toothpaste with brushes were distributed to the participants. Special attention was given to the health of pregnant women and lactating mothers, with guidance provided on balanced diets and low-cost nutrition food for their babies. In addition to that, medical professionals specializing in various fields such as Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, and Dentistry provided free consultations to the locals.
